At ClimateDAO, we’re building a platform to hold corporations accountable through activist investing. Our organization lives at the intersection of different industries and when joining we don’t expect you to be an expert in all of them. That’s why we are launching a fellowship program to give you the knowledge to operate effectively within our community.
The ClimateDAO Fellowship’s first season will take place throughout April 2022. Applications are now open. If you do choose to apply, all we ask is that you come in with an open mind, bringing love, excitement, and a desire to learn.
Who are we?
ClimateDAO is a community of artists, scientists, financiers, activists, and deep thinkers. We’re building a tool to decarbonize public companies through our collective activism. Our contributors come from backgrounds that provide expertise in a broad range of fields, including tech, sustainability consulting, environmental activism, and more. Together we have the skills to change the world. Come join us!
What is the Fellowship?
ClimateDAO operates at the intersection of multiple spheres: Shareholder Activism, Web3, and Decarbonization. People entering into our community are coming from a diverse range of industries and interests, and this fellowship has evolved out of the need to establish a baseline of collective knowledge around the core pillars that make up ClimateDAO.
The fellowship is broken up into four parts:
- ClimateDAO
- Shareholder Activism
- Web3 & DAOs
- Decarbonization
The fellowship will be an approximately one-month program. It will equip you to communicate our mission and contribute in a meaningful way. We want you to thrive and grow in the ClimateDAO community, adding value to our conversations, our work, and our teams.
The course
What to expect
During the fellowship you will be onboarded to our platforms, go through the online course, meet team members, and work alongside the other fellows. Each week you will have readings and educational materials to study. We will have check-ins, hangouts, Q&A sessions, guest speakers, and more.
Key Dates
- Application deadline - Wednesday, April 6st
- Fellowship kickoff - Monday, April 11th
- Weekly 30-minute meetings on Mondays & Fridays
- Final hangout celebration - Friday, April 29th
Upon completion of the fellowship, fellows will…
- Join the ClimateDAO community as a Climateer
- Receive a bounty of $CLIMATE tokens ($500 Value)
- Gain access to gated Discord channels
- Be onboarded to our workspace where you can get paid for contributions
